We aim to honor that through our work. It’s not enough to just slap together some lumber and paint and call it done. We put a hyper focus on details and the ultimate goals of a space when designing or constructing. Whether it’s your home or your business, you are investing in improvements and we take that responsibility to heart. Then we put our hearts back into the work.

Paul Andrew Rowe’s foundation in the building trades began in the summer of 1990. After watching his father launch Rowe Construction in 1988 and grow it into a successful business, Paul eagerly joined the crew at age twelve, earning $2 per hour. Over the next six summers, he worked alongside his father in central Pennsylvania, gaining hands-on experience and a deep respect for craftsmanship. The family business continues to thrive more than 35 years later.

In September 1996, Paul left home for Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, beginning a distinguished seven-year career in the United States Marine Corps. He earned two honorable discharges during his service. After completing his military tenure, Paul attended Pennsylvania State University before settling in Philadelphia, where he founded Rowe Homes, a construction company that grew and prospered under his leadership.

Paul’s journey took a meaningful turn when he met his future husband. Together, they expanded Rowe Homes into a thriving operation with two crews and six employees. In the spring of 2014, after a day trip to Key West, Paul and William made a life-changing decision to relocate and begin a new chapter in the Florida Keys.

Continuing his commitment to professional excellence, Paul passed all three examinations required for the Florida State Certified Building Contractor credential in 2020, officially achieving certification in August 2023.

Paul’s decades of construction experience bring tremendous value to Manifested Concepts, LLC and the Florida Keys community. Raised in a construction family, he refined his skills through years of hands-on work and leadership. Although he once considered architecture, he chose to deepen his field experience—spending two years framing and finishing homes in State College, followed by a year specializing in drywall. Nearly ten years in Philadelphia managing his own construction company gave him extensive experience working on historic homes and buildings, strengthening his understanding of preservation techniques and structural integrity.

Paul’s dedication, technical expertise, and leadership make him an indispensable part of Manifested Concepts, LLC.

President & Founder

W. H. Roletter began his working life at just thirteen years old in Philadelphia, developing a strong work ethic and curiosity about business from an early age. Over the years, he explored a wide range of industries and business models, gaining hands-on experience that shaped his practical approach to leadership and operations. He later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Miami (Class of 2006).

Extensive travel across the country exposed W. H. to both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, broadening his perspective on service, efficiency, and community impact.

In 2009, W. H. partnered with Paul Rowe after recognizing his exceptional craftsmanship and skill. Together, they built their first company from the ground up, and within five years it had grown into a successful operation with two full-time crews.

In 2014, they relocated to Key West, taking time to reset and immerse themselves in the island’s distinctive culture. During this period, both W. H. and Paul explored opportunities in hospitality, hotels, and nautical ventures. However, their entrepreneurial drive remained strong. In 2019, W. H. returned to his home office and launched a new venture: Manifested Concepts, LLC.

Today, W. H. brings a unique blend of hands-on experience and professional insight to the company. His leadership style attracts talented, dedicated professionals, while his deep understanding of customer priorities and project costs helps ensure consistent client satisfaction. Although he manages the company’s operations and back-office functions, he remains actively involved in fieldwork. This dual perspective allows Manifested Concepts, LLC to deliver thoughtful, high-quality results that stand apart.
